Our Mission & Values
Everything we do at Lovemud is guided by a genuine love of dogs and a commitment to outstanding care.
Dog Wellbeing First
Your dog's comfort and safety are at the heart of every groom. We use gentle, breed-appropriate techniques and premium, dog-safe products to keep tails wagging throughout.
Convenience at Your Door
We eliminate the stress of travel for both you and your dog. Our fully equipped mobile salon comes to you, saving you time and giving your dog a relaxed, familiar setting.
Qualified & Professional
Lovemud groomers hold recognised grooming qualifications and keep up to date with best practices. You can trust that your beloved pet is in expert, caring hands.
Honest Communication
We believe in transparent, friendly communication. We'll always discuss your dog's needs, coat condition and your preferences before we begin, so there are never any surprises.
Responsible Products
We choose high-quality, cruelty-free shampoos and conditioners suited to different skin and coat types — because what goes on your dog matters as much as the grooming itself.
Community Proud
We're proud to be part of the Eastbourne community, supporting local dog owners and building long-lasting relationships with the families — and dogs — we serve.
Grooming That Puts Your Dog at Ease
We understand that grooming can be an anxious experience for some dogs. That's why our mobile unit is designed to feel calm and non-threatening — just one groomer, one dog, and no kennel cough risks from communal salons.
From initial contact to the final fluffy finish, we tailor every appointment to your individual dog. We'll note preferences, coat quirks and any sensitivities so that each visit gets better and better. Regulars soon learn to love their Lovemud appointments!

Lovemud is Founded
Starting from a deep love of dogs and a desire to offer a better grooming experience, Lovemud launched its first mobile grooming van on the streets of Eastbourne. Early clients were won over immediately by the one-to-one, come-to-you approach.
Word Spreads Across Eastbourne
Through word of mouth and glowing reviews from happy dog owners, our client base grew rapidly across Eastbourne and the surrounding villages. We expanded our range of services to include specialist breed grooms and senior dog care.
Investing in Expertise
We completed further professional grooming qualifications, ensuring our techniques and knowledge remained at the highest level. We also introduced breed-specific styling packages, giving each dog the look that suits them best.

What Eastbourne Dog Owners Say
Don't just take our word for it — here's what our lovely clients think of Lovemud.
"Absolutely brilliant service! Our Cockapoo Bertie is notoriously nervous at the groomers but he comes out of the Lovemud van happy and looking gorgeous every time. The convenience of having them come to us is just the icing on the cake."
"We've tried a few groomers over the years but Lovemud is on another level. Professional, friendly and they clearly adore dogs. Our Golden Retriever Daisy always comes back beautifully groomed and smelling wonderful. Wouldn't go anywhere else."
"Such a wonderful, personal service. Lovemud remembers everything about my two Spaniels — their preferences, their quirks. It genuinely feels like they care as much about our dogs as we do. Highly recommend to any dog owner in the area."
